Tripper Hut sells travel experiences — treks, weekend departures and curated trips. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

Once your payment is successful you will receive:

• An instant on-screen confirmation with your booking reference.
• A booking confirmation email within 24 hours at the email address you provided.
• A WhatsApp message from our team with the meeting point, schedule, packing list and trip leader contact, usually 2–4 days before departure.

Please check your spam folder first. If you still haven't received it within 24 hours of payment, write to info.tripperhut@gmail.com or call +91 81232 38823 with your payment transaction ID. We will resend it immediately.

Our trips currently operate across Karnataka (primarily the Western Ghats), Goa, and select Himalayan destinations in North India. The meeting point for each trip is listed on the respective trip page and in your confirmation email.
